Yoga can provide an opportunity for a child to experience play and focus without worrying about being wrong. It is a great option for children who shy away from physical activity and it helps athletic children excel in other physical activities and sports. The benefits of Yoga for children include enhancing physical flexibility; refines balance and coordination; develops focus and concentration; it strengthens the mind body connection. Even toddlers will benefit from Yoga and the time spent in class with you!
